The house is located in a privileged area, it is in the heart of the city, close to the most important avenues, close to restaurants, markets, public parks, hospitals. Beaches like Sanibel and Fort Myers are just 35 minutes away by car, etc. If you enjoy riding a bike, exercising outdoors, or just walking, the house has a lane/path right in front, with beautiful views. The house also has incredible views of the canal, which you can appreciate while enjoying the sun in its beautiful heated pool.
