“We had a great time! House was very clean. Very accurate to what we saw in the listing. Almost everything was within walking distance: 2 blocks to Main St which had great restaurants/shops/ice cream, 3 blocks to the beach, and 1 block to a great public park for dog walking, soccer, playground, and fountain with splash pad. Beach was excellent for paddle boarding or floats, sand was soft, and kids loved finding hermit crabs. Great front porch for morning coffee. Outdoor shower was awesome……

“Overall great experience and would stay again. Proximity to beach was great. Games, Puzzles, and DVD collection was a fun bonus for the kids. A few minor improvements could put this place over the top. Because they’re older, some doors don’t close fully and none of them lock. Some extension cords with charging stations in the bedrooms would be a nice touch. The lower level does get warmer than the upper level but the fans help make it manageable. We did appreciate the number of hooks available……

“A perfect beach house for our group of nine, with a bunch of little kids. We loved having the golf carts included with our stay, and the house is super well stocked with beach gear, toys and games. The host was very responsive to a couple of maintenance requests. My only critique is that the cleaners could have been more thorough.”

Mr. Hawkins has taken this historic slice of old Americana and turned it into the most charming little vacation rental property. Mind you, it's small (hence the name tiny) but perfect for a single, couple, or even with a child. The cottage is as cute inside as outside. Whomever did the decorating is very creative. The owner lives nearby and is very attentive to every need, yet leaves you……
