“The shower only lasted 5 minutes be for getting cold. I told the management 2 days in and it didnt get fixed. I’m glad Im home so I can take a real shower. Would not stay there again. ”

“Hosts (manager and owner) very nice and responsive.However, disappointed in the place/ amenities: a) tv didn't work well, i.e. lousy reception (no cable) and netlix didn't work at all, and no other streaming channelsb) no handtowels in bathroom, just washcloths and bath towelsc) only had a few paper napkins and tiny roll of papertowels... good thing we didn't do any cookingd) bathroom could use a shelf or such, i.e. no place to put toiletries, toothbrush, etc.e) couch not comfortable...too low,……

“A most excellent rental. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sac City Loft.Everything was as advertised. Our host, Holly, was very responsive. And we had full privacy.The stairs are steep, but no problem for my wife and I who are in our late 60s.”

“The place was great! Our second time back for our annual shopping trip at Galleria. We will stay here each every time we come to this area to shop. Place is clean, quiet, bed is comfortable, safe neighborhood. Kitchenette amenities. Perfect little spot! Thank you to our hosts. They were great.”

“very nice property and the communication with property manager was excellent. Kitchen could be a bit better equipped...no serving bowls, 5 dinner plates that were chipped, and two bread plates. Otherwise I have no complaints...location was great ”

A LOT of help to figure things out, although a lot that would seem obvious. The house met or exceeded our expectations. It was more ADA friendly than we planned for.
