A peaceful pied-à-terre, ideal for a family stay to discover the region, halfway between the Bay of Quiberon and the Gulf of Morbihan. The banks of the Pô inlet are only 1.5 km away and the beaches of Carnac are 3 km away. The accommodation is located 1.5 km from the town of Carnac, 2.5 km from the town of Plouharnel and their shops. The nearest supermarket is about 1 km away. Auray and its station are about fifteen kilometres away. House of 140m² including 40m² under the roof, in a quiet environment, with beautiful volumes and a pleasant west-facing terrace. On the ground floor: \- Entrance, WC and hand basin; \- Fully equipped open kitchen: induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, filter coffee machine, Nespresso, toaster, kettle; \- Dining area with long wooden table and benches; \- Living room with cathedral ceiling, fireplace (not to be used), sofa, armchairs, bookshelf, TV, Wi-Fi; \- Bedroom 1: 1 bed of 160 cm, desk, storage cupboard with wardrobe, garden access – suite with shower room (walk-in shower and WC); \- Hallway with wardrobe; \- Garage with washing machine – for storing bicycles and pushchairs. On the 1st floor: \- Room 2: 1 bed of 140 cm, wardrobe with hanging space, washbasin; \- Room 3: 1 bed of 160 cm, wardrobe, chest of drawers, pair of armchairs; \- Room 4: 2 beds of 90 cm + 1 pull-out bed; \- Mezzanine with desk; \- Bathroom with shower cabin; \- Separate toilet. Plot of approximately 650 m², with garden and terrace facing South and West. Garden furniture (tables, chairs, armchairs/loungers, parasol) and barbecue. 2 parking spaces possible in the courtyard in front of the house.
