Our brand new condominium, recently renovated, is located just 50 meters from the main street and 300 meters from the port.
The real gem of this space is the private terrace. You can enjoy the view of the city while relaxing in our exclusive access hot tub. Whether it's day or night, the terrace offers a charming atmosphere that will make your stay truly special.
Amenities: Air conditioning, bathroom with spacious shower, fully equipped kitchen with utensils, Lavazza coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, hairdryer, unlimited fast internet, and 32” smart TV.
Additionally, you will be welcomed by a large and comfortable bed with goose-down pillows, a safe, an open wardrobe, and a balcony with a table and chairs where you can enjoy breakfast.
We provide an initial package for your comfort during your stay (Shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, toilet paper, tea, coffee, kitchen roll, sugar, salt, napkins, water, sparkling wine, extra virgin olive oil, dishwashing detergent, cleaning spray), but you will need to purchase your own supplies once these are finished.
Linens: We provide a complete set of bed linens and towels for each person. Extra bed linens and towels can be provided for an additional fee.
As soon as you enter, you will be greeted by a bright and welcoming living room. Here you will find a comfortable sofa bed perfect for relaxing during the day and transforming into a cozy double bed at night. In the same room, you will find the sleeping area, furnished with a luxurious double bed.
