It was noisy, dirty, cocroaches in the rooms, internet/wifi issues, dstv went off for weeks because of lack of subscription renewal, some of the staff where always hanging out either eating, chatting or charging their phones in the hallway leading to the room I booked etc. I could go on and on. On a positive note, staff were respectful and helpful but all in all I'll definitely not be making any booking at the property...

Breakfast was not the best I have had but would hold you for 2 hours..

After 1hr i insisted they have to give me a room. They had already inconvenienced me and making me late to a program. They give the lobby for parties, play music and etc disturbing and interrupting with your sleep. They have a restaurant in the hotel and they have music going off as soon as 9am-12am....

"The company falsely advertised the Loxwood hotel on the website. The hotel that was advertise is located about 2 blocks away from the hotel and it's called The Gallery.
I can't imagine how many other guests who thought that they were paying for the Loxwood and ended up paying for a different hotel called The Gallery. When I discovered the issue, I immediately notified the website and host.
When the issue was revealed the host attempted to deflect what I had discovered. I can provide receipts as well as pictures. I cant post what I really suspect on my review. "
