“Room is spacious and comfortable. All furniture have nice finishes. Has full kitchen and cooking appliances. The bar stools on the island are a bit too high however, so we have to stand while eating. Great location in the city center. Parking is decently easy once you find it. There is a homeless shelter right near the entrance, so it’s a bit uncomfortable. The rooms are a bit hard to find, and a longer walk from the car park, but the staff tried to provide detailed instructions to facilitate.”

“Needed a place to stay for night, cancelled trains meant couldn't get home. Was second time booking this hotel. Knew would be a clean and comfortable room with a quick seemless check in, efficient and friendly staff. ”

“We hadn't had good reviews for this hotel chain. It was our first visit and it changed our perspective on the hotel. Overall, the hotel is fully booked, the rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff's service is superlative; Sarah and Colin will make your stay sublime. The only drawback of the hotel is that it's 10 minutes from restaurants, although you can eat at the hotel restaurant, which is fine. It's also worth mentioning that the city center is a 14-minute walk away.”

“The room and lift of hotel are a bit old and the poorly soundproofing allow us to hear everyone's talking on the corridor. I have to complain that the picture showed on the websites is totally different with our booking. ”

“在訂房之前的房間敘述明明有寫"有wifi、附早餐" 可以chech-in之後才告訴我們沒有wifi 隔天要下樓去吃早餐才告知沒有早餐 問了原因才說是因為老闆娘睡過頭，所以沒有早餐， 房務人員又看起來像是喝醉酒一樣，支支嗚嗚的解釋說老闆娘會退費 結果老半天又不見老闆娘人影....感覺很差”
