The front desk attendant was phenomenal, I believe her name was Claudia, she was extremely nice and I will rebook with this hotel because of her. She showed me how to get around on the public transit and gave me a parting gift. She was a darling and I can't say enough of how much she made my first international, solo travel experience such a treasure!

There was a little mildew in the shower, but everything else was fantastic. I do not speak French and the staff was very accommodating to me. The food was divine and the pool was great. I can't wait to come back to Toulouse next spring! "

We managed to find ourselves locked out of the hotel after reception opening hours, but the telephone hotline operator was very forthcoming and able to help us without much ado. "Very clean and can walk to the airport with a carry-on. Only complaint was dripping air conditioner and blocked bathtub drain. Very good value for price as we found out spending subsequent nights at the much weaker value F2 further from the airport as the Aerel was sold out. Best part: left a battery pack in the room and got an email from the hotel and it was wrapped and labelled when I picked it up. Honest cleaner!"
