“In general it’s good. However, when we want to check-out at 9:00am on June 25. The reception hasn’t open yet. Therefore, we just left the room keys at room. ”

“No one provides us the key box code before our arrival. Luckily there's someone happened to open the door at the moment when we arrived. I guess he is the staff and he gave us the key after I presented the email about our booking. ”

“Pros large room. Short walk to castle and shops. Cons sent 2 message to owners three days ago. No answer yet. Communication after check in horrible. When you walk into building there is a horrible musty smell. You can't use kitchen area because of the awful smell. The steps leading up to units also has the same musty moldy smell. Unit itself did not smell but had mold in corners of ceiling and around bathtub. There is no shower just tub that is very deep and hard to get in and out.……

“Excellent condition and spacious flat, walking distance from the entrance of the castle. Great parking facilities and coffee ☕ supplies are plentiful. WiFi is perfect A bit slow in the parking arrangement as I need to call on the phone to get arranged. Otherwise great place for a family or 2 couples to visit the beautiful castle 🏰”

“There was a problem with the check in, because I thought the entrance was on the other side of the house, so I had to wait a bit until I received the right information from the host. Besides that, everything was good and the apartment was nice and clean. I enjoyed staying there for a couple of nights.”
