“I was extremely satisfied with this hotel! We chose to stay here on our way through Milan. First of all, the front desk staff were very friendly, and the hotel is pet-friendly, which was a big plus. The entire place was very clean, exceptionally soundproof, and incredibly spacious — even for a whole family, it felt very comfortable! This is quite rare for hotels in Europe. “Nice guys that will answer questions and try to help, but they let the dishes and floors and tables stay uncleaned for hours after messes are created.
