“I was left out on the street after traveling all day and not being able to check my email. I couldn't get into the room and nobody was there to receive my phone call.
This hotel does not have a reception desk. There was no human in sight and the lights were dim.
I only received a message in the morning, at which point I was accused of forcing the door and shutting down the system.
The owner was rude to say the least.”
