Family Home with Private Pool Near Périgueux
On the ground floor, you have 2 steps outside to access a beautiful entrance of 12 m² with a relaxation area followed by a large living room with a dining room, sofas, TV, DVD player, Wifi. You will appreciate the fully equipped kitchen. 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90x190, 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 160x190, a bathroom with bathtub, double sink. Separate toilet. Upstairs, you will benefit from 2 bedrooms each with 1 bed of 140x190, office. A bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a mezzanine with games and books.
A beautiful private swimming pool, heated and open from June to the end of September (subject to the weather), 8 x 4 m, 1.50m deep, salt, secured by a rolling shutter (a toilet and a solar shower).
Garden furniture (enclosed 2000m2), parasol, charcoal barbecue.
Baby equipment: baby bed, high chair, changing mat, potty, toilet reducer, bath seat, bath ring. End of stay cleaning €120. Sheets/beds/€12. Towels €10 per person. Family house restored in 2021 a stone's throw from Périgueux classified as a 'Town of Art and History' (St Front Cathedral, Vésone Tower, Gallo-Roman circuit, Medieval-Renaissance circuit, Mataguerre Tower, museums, etc.). 16 km from Brantôme (Abbey and village). Also worth seeing: Bourdeilles and Puyguilhem castles, Villars caves, St Jean de Côle village (Floralies on the weekend of May 8), Truffle ecomuseum and truffle trails in Sorges. 400 m from the cottage you can enjoy the outdoor communal games, tennis, football stadium, skate park, self-service weight training equipment, children's games.
800 m from the greenway (walking, cycling, rollerblading, etc.) possibility of fishing also 800 m away. 2 km from the Golf de Périgueux.
On site at the Gite a secure 20A witty 3KW electrical outlet for recharging your vehicle on request.
