People were friendly and the hotel was clean. The heating/air seemed faulty. It was sticky overnight but still sleepable.

Drury Plaza Hotel Chattanooga Hamilton Place
The rooms are so clean, the pool and hot tub and food were all fabulous! I told a lady at the front as we left this hotel is as ChicFilA is to restaurants. Will definitely be back!

Everything was great except the place needs new carpet. The building would look great except that the dismal carpet condition ruins the ambience.
