“Condition of the villa was not so gd. Toilet door was broken below. Swimming pool tiles were coming out and rusty in some areas. Bbq pit was in bad condition too. Kitchen cupboards had lots of big black ants. Sofas so old. ”

“Poorly maintain property. 2 out of 3 water heater not working. Bed too thin. Insufficient blanket. Sofa in bad condition. Safety big concern. Back door grill door no pad lock. Kitchen door no knob.
