"It was really nice. It was my birthday and I just relaxed and got up and went to breakfast came back and relaxed again showered and checked out! Perfect Birthday!!"
"This hotel is new and clean. We love that it is super close to the McCormick center which is the reason why we picked this place to stay. The hotel room is big and nice. You can tell they put in effort to design this place, the bathroom door and front doors are heavy for sound proof. One complaint I would have is the food option is very repetitive on a day to day basis but hey free food. They do not clean your room everyday but I wish they would offer fresh towels at your door at the very least as my suggestion. The blinds are completely black out for good quality sleep. Oh another complaint I have is that the air conditioning unit is right next to the bed so it can be cold or hot depending on the temperature selection, but if you cover it up, it’s fine. Overall we would stay here again for the great location and cleanliness of the hotel. "
"Room was clean and staff were friendly with check-in and giving me extra pillows. The bed was comfortable. The hotel ia in the heart of chinatown with great restaurants, pretty conveniently walkable to McCormick center. Overall very happy with my stay here. "
