Besides the fact the location is only half a mile from downtown Evanston, 1 mile to Lake Michigan Beach front, half a mile to the CTA/Metra, and a 15 minute train ride into the Windy City, this apartment has it all. Everything in this apartment is brand new, and ready to be broken in. Ridiculous amount of amenities, with smart home devices. Efficient and spacious 985 sqft 2 bedroom/1 bathroom condo is located in the heart of downtown Evanston Restaurants, cafes and shopping is no more than 0.5 miles. And if your in town to see your kiddo graduate from NU, you can ditch the car for a 10 minute walk. Both room are identical in size, but the master has a Queen, and the spare bedroom has a full size bed with sofa pull out. The living room sofa sectional is a 2 bed Euro sytle pull out. Also if you want to check out the melting pot of Chicago, take a train, and you'll be there in 15 minutes. High Speed Internet with Disney + and Netflix at your fingertips.

Clean, safe apartment in fantastic location in Evanston

This apartment was just as advertised. It is clean, safe, and comfortable with all desired amenities. Check-in and out were easy and straightforward. The host is very responsive and welcoming. The location couldn’t be better in terms of convenience to restaurants, trains, Northwestern University, etc. would definitely stay again!

Amazing

This was so easy! The directions to parking and entering the building were spot on. It is a wonderful location with restaurants and shopping in walking distance. My only issue and this would be a matter of opinion. The master bed and the couch were terribly uncomfortable. My kids even complained about the couch. Overall we had a great time and place was excellent!

Comfort and luxury in the sky.

We enjoyed watching the sunsets from this well-appointed and conveniently located property. Within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the Metro and el trains, visitors to the North Shore or Chicago can't go wrong. The property manager, Michelle, was accessible and friendly. She answered our questions prior to our arrival and checked in with us periodically to assure our stay was perfect. It was!!!

Endless amenities and wonderful host!

This property, in the heart of Evanston, was the perfect place to stay while moving our NU daughter into her new apartment. The property is full of amenities—pool, fitness area, office center—and only a short walk to many great shops and restaurants. Among the many other amenities, our unit even included a washer/dryer, which was extremely convenient since we had been traveling for a while before landing in Evanston. Mihyun promptly responded to all of our questions throughout the booking process and during our stay. She is an awesome host!
