The charming Chalet Diferente is situated on a fenced property on the outskirts of Chiclana de la Frontera and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The holiday home consists of a living room, a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with a cooking island, 3 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each and one with a double bed and TV) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fireplace, television, a sun umbrella for guests, and radio speakers you can move outside for dinnertime. The property is especially ideal for families, as it provides toys and children books as well as a baby cot and a highchair (the latter 2 upon request). Outside, refresh yourself on warm afternoons in the cool water of the pool (with high walls, so that children cannot fall in) and share delicious meals together on the covered terrace where you can admire the view of your beautiful garden. Due to its convenient location, the property is 5 minutes driving from both a large shopping center and a market with fresh produce. To reach the centre of Chiclana de la Frontera, guests will need about a 10-minute drive. The long, popular beach Playa de la Barrosa as well as an assortment of water sport activities awaits you in after about a 23-minute drive.
4 private parking spaces are safely located on the fenced property, which is accessible through a main entrance with a key. Parties and events are not permitted. Groups that are under 25 years old are not desired. Well-trained pets are allowed if requested in advance - please ensure they do not go up on the sofas or bed. Bed linens and one towel set are included in the price. There is a bus stop 2 minutes away from house. Upon request and for an extra fee, the owner can organize a chiromassage service at home. In the case that two couples come, guests can request the owner to change out the beds so that there are 2 bedrooms with double beds. If requested and for an extra fee, an extra bed can be provided.
