“The apartment is very quiet, spacious, tidy and clean. The reception is very friendly and helpful. We got all the information from the desk since day 1 we checked in. There’s 24 hours emergency hotline, We found that there’s no hot water at the mid-night. We called the emergency hotline, immediately someone came to fix the problem within few minutes. Das Hotel ist sehr hochwertig und modern eingerichtet. Die Zimmer wurden neu gestaltet und sind sehr gepflegt und sauber.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral und die Innenstadt fußläufig erreichbar. Für die Erkundung der Stadt ideal gelegen. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist gut. Der Kaffee ist allerdings schlecht und eine große Enttäuschung. Grade in Italien.
