“Enjoyed the hot tub. Delicious full English breakfast 200 yards away at the Burnside Hotel. Great choice of food at the village pub, The Belll. Arrived at check in time of 4pm and had to call the number to get owner to let us into room. Hard to get shower colder, owner let us use upstairs bathroom meant for another (vacant) room instead. Very clean and well kept property. ”

“LINA is located almost in center of Summertown in an older building. We liked LINA's very friendly service most. The breakfast is good. The room was spacious. The WC small. The location is very convenient , the downside is of course the street noise. ”

Its location on the Cowley Road is ideal since that thoroughfare offers a huge array of tasty, affordable dining options (great Turkish, Chinese, Persian, and North African restaurants). “We had an excellent experience in this hotel. It was the first time we visited this hotel. Located a bit away from the city centre, the hotel's deco, ambience and service were comparable to a 5-star hotel. We were particularly impressed by the service of Ali, proactive, considerate and detailed to meet our needs, even the unspoken. We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel and found them enjoyable. ”

“This beautiful stay is not to be overlooked if you're staying in the area. We booked the Clock Tower after a wedding at the Granary in Fawsley and this stay is easily head and shoulders above any other option in the area. Despite finishing at the wedding relatively late, Lizzie and her partner greeted us with professionality and the hospitality you would expect of a 5* hotel. The rooms was an absolute dream, with all the amenities you could ask for even down to fresh milk in the fridge! The bed……
