Summary:
Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located pool house (pool heating available) located minutes from the University Of Central Florida, Orlando Speedway, Full Sail University, Valencia, Seminole State Community College, Central Florida Research Business Park, Lockheed Martin, Naval Air Warfare Center Navy Base, Kennedy Space Center, Orlando Speed World Drag Way, Winter Park, Baldwin Park, Downtown Orlando and short drive to theme parks (Universal Studios, Sea World, Disney) & beach

The Space:
Beautifully maintained 4 bedroom 2 bath salt water pool (with heating options) home centrally located on a cul-de-sac that can accommodate up to 5 compact cars - two in the garage and up to 3 on driveway. It is located within 6 miles to UCF, 34 miles to Disney in a quiet residential neighborhood with huge fenced in yard, 65 inch TV and 2 smaller TVs in bedrooms and full size washer and dryer. Outside patio area with ample seating ready for your next Florida vacation. Surrounded by gorgeous, mature landscaping with planters full of local greenery, banana plants, orange trees, cherry and avocado trees and colorful flowers are sure to please. Beautifully decorated with some hand painted furniture, spacious in and out and recently renovated with bamboo floors in 2 out of the 4 bedrooms, hardwood in living room and wood-look tile in kitchen/dining room and hallway. En suite with beautiful vessel sink and quartz countertop with walk in closet. Jetted tub in bathroom 2.
******NOTE: POOL HEATING (up to 85 degrees) AVAILABLE UPON ADVANCE REQUEST for a $49 additional fee per day (2 CONSECUTIVE DAYS MINIMUM FOR HEATING).

IT TAKES APPROXIMATELY 24 HOURS TO HEAT UP THE POOL TO 80 DEGREES AND ABOUT 3 DAYS - DEPENDING ON OUTSIDE TEMPERATURE, TO HEAT IT UP TO 85 DEGREES, WE ASK THAT YOU TAKE THIS INTO CONSIDERATION WHEN PLACING YOUR REQUEST)********

House was cancelled

Owner emailed that house sold and no longer a rental. Getting VRBO fee back has been a hassle becuase the owner has not cancelled the booking on the VRBO platform, only via personal email. Don’t book if this is still an active listing, as the owner has said the home has sold.
