When we were leaving on Sunday, we expressed our concerns about the stay. We asked to contact the manager, but we were told that we needed to contact Expedia. We need some form of compensation....

"Great hotel if you want an affordable get high class option. The staff are super accomodating and always happy to assist when needed. Very close to the palm but can come across some traffic towards Dubai mall. Overall would definitely recommend.. The room service was delicious, the housekeeping was great and the beds are amazing! "

Everything in the room was on good shape, and the private pools are especially nice for a couple retreat.
The staff was very friendly and attended, tried to help and assist in everything, super fast and proficient.
The pool was a little dirty so we were upgraded and the room was great.
The hotel itself has anything you need, from transportation to household and other services . The hotels main pool was also nice and the staff always check every visitors to make sure you are safe.

"I have stayed at several Millennium group hotels around Dubai and to be honest I have never been disappointed with any of them. This was also a good experience. With I being a VIP hotel they upgraded my room
Without me even having to ask which was appreciated.
The room was clean and pleasant as were all the staff I came across.
Only negative I can think of and this might be me just being precious was the wait time for the lifts.

1- they should change the carpeting in the lobby ..its ugly.
2-I wanted to stay one night longer, but the refuse to give me the same price as i had booked through Hotel.com!!
so i checked out and checked into another hotel walking distance and as good as Mena even cheaper than my original rate.

"Great price, nice pool, great grill food near pool. Near metro. Three bedd were great. Only downside is they don’t really clean the room. They don’t sweep the floor, don’t vacuum the carpet, don’t replace towels and don’t replace bottled water. Staff was very friendly and attentive."
