“The rooms were inviting, clean and comfortable. The lady who checked us in was amazing! Breakfast was so good! Highly recommend!”

“We really enjoyed our visit. The hotel was comfortable and quiet. Relaxing on the deck in the morning and evening was wonderful. The desk staff was friendly and helpful. The only tiny issue was the quality of the facial and toilet tissue. Everything else was terrific!! The ambient music was such a nice surprise. It was and easy walk to get into town. We will return.”

“We had a great stay. Our room was clean, and the hallways even had a fresh clean smell. Breakfast was plentiful with sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, potatoes, and waffle maker, cereal, juice, milk, coffee plus standard grab and go type items as well. Check in/out was a breeze. We stayed in the same hotel last year to attend the Singing in the Smokies. It is a recently renovated hotel that was just as nice this year as it was last year. ”

“Staying in a bunkhouse at Highlander was wonderful — free parking on the street just behind, clean room, cute welcome note and unique, welcome vibe overall. Checking in was a little troublesome with no one answering the phone and no parking/unloading details on their website, but once I got to my room, I was delighted. It was just very cute and right in the heart of the main drag in Highlands with so much walkable. The patio out front with free coffee and banana bread in the morning was absolute……

“Very nice property! River view was so pretty! Didn’t understand why there’s no where to hang wet towels in bathroom. A mirror in the room would be nice. Needs a little updating. Walls are thin & you can hear your neighbors like they’re in your room. Otherwise very nice & we enjoyed our stay.”
