With an open-plan living area downstairs and three generous bedrooms, a family bathroom, and a convenient study nook upstairs, this two-level unit provides a comfortable and versatile space for your stay.

- Air-conditioning in the lounge/dining room and the two queen bedrooms
- Well-maintained and welcoming home environment, with WIFI
- Outdoor patio for relaxation and a dedicated workspace for focused tasks
- Enjoy a daily brew with the included coffee pod machine
- Close proximity to the beach, cafes, and pubs for easy exploration of the coastal lifestyle

On this level you will also find the laundry with an additional powder room as well as a single lock up garage. Head upstairs to discover three generously appointed bedrooms, each offering a comfortable retreat for a restful night's sleep. The family bathroom, complete with a bathtub, adds a touch of luxury to your stay. Additionally, a dedicated study nook awaits, providing the perfect spot for working remotely or enjoying some quiet reading time.
