“Villa Patrizia provided a wonderful stay. Charming and comfortable buildings. Simone was extremely helpful the entire time and could communicate with me in both Spanish and English since my Italian is very lacking. “The apartment is big, very tidy and clean. All I need is fully equipped. It is convenient to get to the attractions because it is close to tram station. I can tell the owner is passion for running the B&B through the decorations inside the apartment. It is definitely the best B&B I have ever stayed in Italy.”

“Property was great, especially for a small family or a group of friends. There are great people that manage it and we found 4 grocery stores with a few minutes of walking. “We had a great time in Rome. This property, its size and view was perfect for us. It was not in the main touristic area of Rome, buy with a 5-minute walk to the metro it was perfect for us, and the price was much lower than we would have paid in the core of Rome. Great value, lots of vintage trinkets in the house to discover, terrace was fantastic and AC was very appreciated during those very hot days!”
