Hotel looks pretty old and room only has a small window and not much of a view. It would be good if they could give a full box of tissue paper instead of a tissue box with just a few sheets inside. Entrance to carpark is really tight!

Gute Unterkunft

Zentral gelegen, mit Tiefgarage, Zimmer war recht klein aber zweckmäßig und sauber, lediglich im Badezimmer lagen schwarze Haare auf dem Boden. Toilette hinter der Tür, man muss beim Hinsetzen aufpassen, nicht mit der Nase am Handtuchwärmer hängen zu bleiben. ;-) Matratzen sehr hart, aber da hat ja jeder andere Vorlieben. Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, alles in allem also in Ordnung.

Ich gebe wirklich selten schlechte Bewertungen und habe auch diesmal lange überlegt, aber nachdem wir nach diesem Hotel noch in Straßburg übernachtet haben, haben wir gesehen, dass es auch anders geht. Hätten wir die Reise andersrum gebucht, hätte ich mich direkt im Hotel beschwert und auf ein anderes Zimmer bestanden. Das Zimmer hatte wirklich das kleinste Bad, in dem ich jemals war (und ich habe schon in einigen Hotels genächtigt). Die Position der Toilette war eine absolute Frechheit! Man musste sich irgendwie zwischen Toilette und Heizkörper zwängen. Ich verstehe absolut nicht, wie dieses Hotel 4 Sterne haben kann. Ausblick in einen Hinterhof mit Wohnblöcken, das Frühstück für die gebotene Auswahl auch eher teuer. Die Tiefgarage ist sehr eng und verzwickt, bei der Ausfahrt streift man jedes Mal mit dem Unterboden auf, wenn man kein SUV fährt. Der Preis ist insgesamt völlig ungerechtfertigt und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt einfach überhaupt nicht. Würde hier nicht wieder buchen.

Fantastic Hotel

We stayed at Mercure Colmar whilst on a trip to visit some Alsace Christmas markets. It was very close to the Colmar markets but in a quiet area. Every member of staff we came across were efficient and friendly. The hotel itself is modern and clean with some extra special touches such as some welcoming biscuits gift and still and sparkling water available in the lobby. The room was lovely - clean and comfortable with a large wide bed. The bathroom was modern with a fantastic rain shower. Breakfast was great too, good quality produce and hot and cold options. We have stayed in a few Mercure hotels in various cities - this has been our favourite

Two day stay in Colmar

Nice stay in Colmar. Hotel room was in very good condition and clean. Overall, the hotel was nice but interior is a few years old. On the positive side, what was new were the rooms, most important. The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from the center of Colmar.

Fint hotell ocbra service. Bra läge och möjlighet att parkera bilen. Vi såg oss omkring i området, stannade en natt. Bra utrymme för att sätta väskor och hänga upp kläder. Extra plus för krokarna på väggen nära sängen. Kyl med dricka , kaffemaskin.
