🅿️ The accommodation comes with a private parking space.
It consists of, on the first level:
🛋️ a spacious living room/dining room
🍽️ a fully equipped independent kitchen (fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and filter coffee, kettle, and toaster)
🚽 an independent toilet
And on the second level:
🛏️ a bedroom with two single beds,
🛏️ a bedroom with a double bed
🛁🚽 a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet
🏡 The entire accommodation will be yours. Always with the aim of providing you with the best possible experience during your stay:
🧹 the cleaning will be done,
🛏️ the beds will be made with clean sheets, and a sofa bed set will be available for your use,
🧼 clean towels will be provided, along with a bath mat and a kitchen towel,
📶 free Wi-Fi connection
🛍️ This historic neighbourhood has many local shops nearby.
🍼 Are you travelling with young children? A baby cot and high chair will be available in the accommodation.
House Rules:
🚭 This property is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, shishas, or any other smoking devices is prohibited.
🚭 Smoking or using any smoking device will incur a penalty of €250 for additional cleaning fees.
🐶 Pets are allowed on request (pets weighing less than 15kg and not dangerous) with an extra charge of €30 per stay per pet. Pets must be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.
🧹 Bed linen and towels, as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay, are included in the price. This includes the change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment, and sanitary facilities.
🧹 However, it is your responsibility to clean and tidy the dishes, take out the rubbish, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and tidy the inside of the apartment. If you do not wish to handle this, you can order an additional “full cleaning ” of the apartment for €30 before your arrival. If this option is not pre-booked and these instructions are not followed, a penalty of €60 will be charged for cleaning.
📝 You will be asked to sign a digital contract and provide your ID via the Yaago platform after booking, along with the information required for the police registration form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the individuals staying does not match that of the booking, we reserve the right to refuse access to the accommodation.
