“Overall, the property and staff were amazing, friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The grounds & hotel were beautiful and well-kept, and we especially enjoyed the live entertainment each night. However, some parts of the stay didn’t meet expectations. The excursions and activities booked through the property were quite expensive, and we didn’t feel they matched the value for what we paid. A recurring issue during our stay was the in-room TV, it displayed another guest’s name and room……

“If you travel to Panama, you HAVE to stay in Casco Antiguo/Casco Viejo. This hotel was INCREDIBLE! Each room is so unique, full of one of a kind antique furniture. The building itself is very old and really well restored and maintained but because it's so old, some things like the doors wouldn't always shut properly but the staff helped us when we asked about something to be fixed. Our room was so big, clean, and comfortable, we actually wanted to spend time in it. The bed was nice and firm like……
