Very close to Garden of the Gods, the Airforce Academy, downtown, Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs. Skiing at Monarch or Breckinridge is two hours away with a shuttle available. Easy access to I-25 and all area attractions. Perfect for graduation celebrations for USAFA, CC and UCCS. Also perfect for military house hunting trips, family reunions and vacations.
