Although I was a little confused looking for the lobby because is it is really on the second floor, I had a wonderful stay. The place was really clean and smelled great. They are really pet friendly.

Oh, I love the place. It was very up-to-date. Aesthetically pleasing only thing is you can hear the people above you walking other than that. It’s a great location at the restaurant. That’s really good across the street. Me and my best friend is definitely booking again.

I just want to say Kristin the manager was unbelievable!! I went thru Expedia to book my room and there was a problem with the 3rd party (Expedia) paying the hotel for the room. Kristin went above and beyond to help me with this. She was very persistent and after over an hour she finally got ahold of Expedia and got this taken care of. Kristin is the type of employee every company dream of working for them and shows she really cares. Aloft should be grateful to have an employee like her! Great choice if you need to be near Ohio State

Very clean and nice hotel. However, there was continuous noise in the hall and the beds were the worst I’ve ever slept on. Ultra thick and hard pillows too. Not good.
