“We had such an amazing stay at this cabin! We enjoyed the proximity to the Big Horn Mountains and enjoyed coming back to the hot tub. The hosts were wonderful and gave excellent suggestions for restaurants and things to do. We look forward to returning one day! ”

“We had a very short but wonderful time at the Bunkhouse. Surrounded by horses, and the beautiful view of the Pryor mountains. The room was very well equipped and decorated with much love and attention to detail. I could even read Ginger Kathryn's book about Cloud, the wild mustang stallion. ”

“The property was everything we invisioned. The communication with the host was excellent.The cabin and running creek surrounded by tall pines was ideal.”

“The Traut Cabin is an incredible VRBO property! The detail taken to make this cabin a “home away from home” superseded all expectations. Pictures do not capture the beautiful views from the cabin with justice. Breathtaking views in person! The location is central to so many adventures - Cody, Yellowstone, Bighorn Mountains…. Great attractions within a 5 mile radius too. You just have to watch for the clues via highway signs. We highly recommend the Traut Cabin!”

“This was great space for our family when we came to intern our mom at Riverside. Our mom was born here so it was a wonderful way to say goodbye. The house was well stocked, clean and comfortable. Thank you !”

Whether you're looking to vacation in the Big Horns, have a family get together or just need a quick getaway, the quaint town of Shell and this sweet cabin is a great way to take it in!”

“This sweet cabin was exactly as advertised! The kitchen had everything we needed and it helped that it was already stocked with necessities. With us and our 2 children (8 and 9) there was plenty of space to lounge. The queen over queen bunk bed was perfect! The King size bed was so comfortable and cozy and provided for much needed rest. The cabin was very clean and sheets were fresh smelling and so soft. With games to play and the fire pit, we were never bored. We will definitely be back, we……

“Cabin was nicer than expected. Clean, cozy, and well decorated, with lots of little extras. Good starting spot to explore the area. Loved the thoughtfulness of the host with all the care put into making the stay there enjoyable. Our dog was welcome, even had poop bags available. Would recommend and plan to stay again.”

“Our family visited Hyattville for the 1st time since our son has moved there to work on at a ranch retreat. This cabin was PERFECT!Very spacious family room area, huge bedrooms, plenty of room to park our truck and trailer, grassed backyard, & a sweet front porch for morning coffee & evening drinks. “My wife and I took our first trip out west to celebrate our 30th anniversary. Wyoming is beautiful and this setting is perfect location for exploring the natural history and beauty of this state. We ventured to Yellowstone and into other adjacent parks.
