“There is not enough kind words I can say about our stay. We drive from Dallas TX hoping to find a nice hideaway, from busy work, heavy traffic, noise, fast pace and we find it. This stay of a quiet area, in a home like environment, with it unique setting was beyond what we expected. The bed was comfortable, we took my brother who is in a wheelchair, no problems at all. "I particularly enjoyed the outdoor and indoor water parks at this hotel. However, some aspects of the hotel were not perfect. We stayed on the 10th floor, and the bathroom was very small. There was no shower gel in the bathroom, which seemed to indicate that the cleaning staff did not check these products carefully."

"I booked a twin room for two nights, but the staff thought I was staying alone and changed it to a king-size room. The hotel did not provide room cleaning service, the shower head in the bathroom suddenly became smaller when I was taking a shower, the hot water was not sufficient, and my deposit was not returned to me."
