“The condo was amazing. It was clean and had many of the supplies that we needed for our stay. We did have to buy toilet paper because there were only 2 rolls when we got there, but we expected that. We enjoyed the fact that it was only a short walk from our condo to the beach and the beach was not crowded at all. The only complaint is that we could hear every footstep that the people in the condo above us took. When we were laying down to go to bed at night, we just constantly heard footsteps...

“Just love the sweet village of Swansboro, the Sunday evening concert was a great ending to nice stay, the State Rooms have best seats for Bandstand!On another note, the hair dryer does not work. I was disappointed that no TV OTHER THAN STREAMING WAS AVAILABLE. I did not bring passwords etc. Basic TV is minimal in my opinion. A special alert of this prior to departing for trip would have made me bring passwords.”

“This condo had everything we could have wanted. The kids had their own bathroom, and the whole place was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well equipped, with all of the appliances in good working order. The kids loved being able to switch back-and-forth between the beach and the pool. The beach was literally just down a flight of stairs at the end of the walkway. We could hardly ask for a better home base for our vacation. Highly recommended!”

“The place was comfortable and quiet with plenty of space to move around. The location was walkable to an excellent restaurant nearby and not far to the waterfront. New Bern is about a 40 min drive to Oriental, which is a charming small town on the Neuse River. ”

“We had a great stay at this beautiful condo. It was the perfect location, plenty of space for a family of 6, and had two great pools that we used daily as well as a quick walk to the beach on the property. They have security that is patrolling the grounds regularly to make sure rules are Followed and that no one is in the property that shouldn't be. Lots of fun stuff to do within a 20 minute radius and great restaurants. The condo was as described and we had everything we needed. We never had to...
