Located on the first floor, the apartment in sleek, modern design consists of a living/dining room with an integrated, well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a washing machine and a television. Due to the apartment’s spectacular location, leisure areas, shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are just a 400 m or a 5-minute walk away. The nearest supermarket is furthermore just 110 m or a 2-minute walk from the front door! The sandy shore of Playa de los Bateles, as well as other beautiful, local beaches, await you on a warm afternoon just 750 m or a 10-minute walk away. Here you can stretch out on the golden sand and listen to the calming waves.



Street parking is available. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. The following towns are also close by and well-suited for a short trip: of Cádiz (47 km), Jerez de la Frontera (65 km), Vejer de la Frontera (17 km), and Tarifa (65 km).



Due to the new local regulation of Conil de la Frontera, it is forbidden to disturb the peace and quiet of neighbors and pedestrians. Thus, loud noise during the hours between 11 pm to 7 am are not allowed.
