Outdoors enthusiasts will love morning runs through the Ocean Sands neighborhood on the scenic trails or around the 7-acre fishing lake. This recently updated home offers new furnishings, bedding and appliances to bring you all the comforts of home and more!

Heavenly Shore offers just the right space for large family groups to comfortably enjoy. The top-level features attractive coastal furnishings in the living room, a well-equipped kitchen including a Keurig coffee maker, and multiple dining areas. Step outside to the screened porch to enjoy your morning brew or dinner with a view. The sun deck overlooks the swimming pool and maritime forest providing peaceful views and added privacy.

Outside, enjoy a spacious 12' x 25' salt water pool, 6-8-person hot tub, picnic table, and gas and park grills. Enjoy a friendly game of billiards, cornhole or have a go at horseshoes. Ocean Sands also provides wonderful community amenities, including tennis courts in sections D, F, and J, and dune crossovers throughout neighborhoods to provide direct beach access. A new Corolla Greenway 3-mile paved biking, walking, jogging path invites all. The Currituck Club golf course is just a putt away.
