A 3200 square foot beach oasis, this home sits atop one of the highest lots with superior sound, ocean, and sunset views. Recently built, this home features contemporary decor and an elevator offering easy access to all levels. Fully appointed with Wi-Fi, Cable, Spotify Netflix and Hulu. This smart-home is one of the only in Corolla, where you use your voice to easily control the Sonos sound system, Nest temperature system, automated blinds, lighting throughout the house, and phillips hue accent lighting; of course, there are traditional switches if you've come here to just disconnect. The top floor was spacious with room for the whole family to gather. The kitchen was very well-equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses, tableware, and cookware. Much more pool / beach equipment than expected. Pool and volleyball areas were great, as were the second- and third-floor decks. One issue with the air conditioning kept me from rating this a 5-star - on Monday morning we reported that the upstairs (kitchen, family room, master bedroom) unit was not working. Issue was not resolved until midday on Wednesday.
