Villa dei Vini is a villa near Cortona (Arezzo province), Tuscany.
Inside, the villa offers all amenities and simple, tasteful furnishing. It comfortably accommodates 6 people in 3 spacious bedrooms and welcoming, bright spaces. The villa’s large, outdoor spaces ensure tranquility and privacy. A private pool will be ideal for relaxing and enjoying time outside with family and friends. From the pool and furnished terrace there are splendid views of Cortona and the surrounding valley.
This villa is ideal for a relaxing vacation within easy reach of Arezzo, Cortona, the villages of the Val d’Orcia and Lake Trasimeno.

At guests’ disposal: 3 bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom; air conditioning (included in the rental price) in the entire house; modern kitchen; large, enclosed garden; pool with panoramic views for guests’ exclusive use (10 x 5 meters; minimum depth: about 1 meter; maximum depth: 1,75 meters); outdoor space equipped for dining outside; free WIFI internet; baby bed; barbecue; parking within the grounds.

Distances: Terontola (shops of all kinds) 3 km, Cortona 12 km, Lake Trasimeno 10 km, Montepulciano 27 km, Arezzo 35 km, Rapolano Terme (renowned thermal spas) 40 km, Perugia 40 km, Pienza 45 km, Siena 70 km, Florence 115 km.

Spectacular Villa

An amazing property, in a great location near to many wonderful Tucsan towns. The villa restrains its rustic exterior with well kept grounds and a good sized pool. It is very private and has an electric gated drive. The modern interior is finished to a very high standard, with masses of space, storage and equipment. The property representative was also excellent and looked after us very well from start to finish. You can tell the family are rightly very proud of the property and care for their guests. This was our third time in Tuscany and our favourite place to stay. Highly recommended!! Highly recommended

Beautifully remodeled. Good location, only 15-20 minutes to Cortona. Near tons of wineries. The view from the roads to Montelpuciano were some of the most amazing I have seen!
