“We visited in early October (which in my opinion is California’s best season/time of year!). The location is so close to Tamarack Beach -1 block! The unit comes with everything you could ever need; towels, beach chairs, sand toys, a wagon to cart it all around!I especially loved all the outdoor patio seating, including the private patio and the patio near the pool. “I was surprised to see no reviews on this beautiful property. The photos accurately represent the space. It’s very clean, the grounds are well kept, everything is modern, and the quality of the bed was phenomenal. The neighborhood is quiet and the parking is plentiful. (Crazy, cause you’re 3 blocks from the beach and right on Newport Ave). “The apartment itself was perfect. The check-in, check-out process was flawless. It was clean and had all the right amenities. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The only problem was the listing had the wrong address. We didn't receive the correct address until the day before our travel. The correct location was 4 more city blocks away from the conference center, which was slightly annoying but not the end of the world. The beautiful apartment made up for the address error.The……

“Very conscientious owners. Very clean. Exactly what we expected. Comfy beds.Know that the parking is tight and not easy when the downstairs neighbor is home. Need to know how to back up down a long driveway.Stairs to the unit are EXTRA steep (long rise and run). Owner warned us of this before our stay though, and we appreciated that.We did not receive instructions with the code to enter before our arrival (oops)!, so there was a little mix up there, but owner answered our call quickly and……
