“I cannot speak highly enough on how accomodating, helpful and cheerful the staff were. Nothing was a problem. Everyone, from the checkin staff to the waitresses and bar staff were so lovely. It was such a nice experience to see that they all seemed to genuinely enjoyed their work and want to make your stay a pleasant experience. ”

“Since this hotel is my middle point drive from Brisbane to Sydney, so we check in very late, after 9pm. Hotel sent me the message teach me how to take key and parking car before I tell them I will come late. That is thoughtful. I felt sick in next morning, that is the check out time at 10am. I called the staff immediately. The staff is very nice allow us to late check out at 11:30am. Thanks for their help. ”
