"Lovely house in quiet location in the beautiful municipal of Costitx. The pool was an absolute winner and the house simple but super roomy. Homerti as well as the owner were super helpful and were speedy with their communications. They assisted us with a few little things we needed help with and responded quickly. "This villa is great for those wanting an idyllic Mallorcan retreat. Great facilities and spotlessly clean. Owner visits on a Tuesday and Friday to clean pool and take any rubbish. Pool isn’t heated but we took a dip several times (it was a little chilly). Only minor negatives were the location (Algaida is nearest town 90 mins walk away) but you know this when booking. We hired a car which was ideal for getting to beach and Palma. The kettle was full of timescale and needs replacing (not ideal...
