We stayed the night at the Ibis before an early morning flight from Gatwick and could not have had a more seamless, enjoyable stay. The HB1 shuttle (£5 per trip per person) leaves from the south terminal and took about 10 minutes to get to the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the lobby area with bar, restaurant, and lounge area with a large selection of travel books was, clean, quirky, and inviting. The bar was open 24/7 and the restaurant was open until 10pm and reopened for breakfast at 6am. The room was spotless with crisp white sheets, a large-screen tele, and a blackout blind. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this visit and will stay again.

Very convent location, with the bus stop to the LGW airport just across the street, taking you to the airport train station, you can go anywhere from there. It includes breakfast which is very good. The front desk people are very helpful.

Confortable mais difficile à rejoindre.
Séjour très bref. Arrivée tard, départ tôt. La chambre est confortable et propre, tout ce qu'on demande. Par contre, galère pour rejoindre l'hôtel depuis l'aéroport. Une indication précise depuis l'aéroport est nécessaire (site de l'hôtel, ou courrier).
