A rejuvenating Finnish sauna for up to five people awaits, complete with a bucket to release steam onto the heated lava rocks. You'll find plush bathrobes in each bedroom for your comfort. The upstairs bathroom features a jacuzzi tub and a personal vanity mirror. The living room and main bedroom are equipped with brand-new Apple TVs. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a state-of-the-art washer/dryer.

We've recently upgraded the porcelain dinnerware, silverware, and furniture, including a stunning new marble West Elm table and cozy recliners. For your safety and convenience, we've installed Nest thermostats and an outdoor security camera.

The kitchen is a culinary enthusiast's dream, featuring stainless steel appliances, a Nespresso machine for crafting lattes, an award-winning Moccamaster capable of brewing coffee for eight, and even a wine fridge! If you're passionate about cooking, delight in our French-made Staub cast-iron pots, a wood pellet outdoor smoker, and crystal glassware—everything you need to entertain friends and family in style. Don't forget to make use of the Danish Jensen Champagne 🍾 bucket to raise a toast with friends! Skål!

The garage is thoughtfully designed for yoga, ski, bike storage, and workouts, complete with a desk for remote work and essential office supplies.

Explore the outdoors with ease—there's a guest bike and helmet available for leisurely rides along the scenic Washington Gulch paved path, which stretches two miles. Alternatively, catch the bus to downtown, with a stop conveniently located just outside, arriving every 20 minutes. Glance out the window to check if the lifts are running, and you can walk across the street to access the base. Plus, you're only a short distance away from mountain biking trails and hiking routes. Outdoor and indoor storage is available in the garage.

Your comfort is our priority, which is why we provide a covered outdoor parking spot and an additional spot in the garage when it's not being used for workouts. Upon arrival, you'll find a welcome letter with all the essential information you need, including a garage clicker and keys. We even have a beginner's paddleboard tucked away in the garage, ready for you to use on Lake Irwin.
