“Me encanto que las habitaciones y el baño estaban muy limpias, realmente en cuanto a limpieza le doy un 10 porque estuvo excelente. En general estuvo bien solo tuve un inconveniente que el primer día mi familia pidió almuerzo y la pechuga de pollo de mi mamá estaba algo salada y no se dijo nada. Luego pedí mi almuerzo pero mi bagre en salsa estaba extra salado, era demasiado y le comuniqué a la persona que nos estaba atendiendo y el no dio ninguna opción de solución ni nada. No volvimos a comer……

“At check-in, we were made to wait and practically beg for a room, despite traveling with children. The front desk claimed our reservation price was “too low” and demanded an additional 20% surcharge to proceed, without providing any receipt, which is extremely concerning. The room we were given had no windows and no mechanical ventilation. The air was stagnant and completely unacceptable for a family. Staff also complained about the fact that we booked through Expedia.”
