“It was exactly as described. It was very clean and a comfortable nights sleep. We stayed 2 nights. Had a little trouble getting into our unit, and also couldnt get the door to lock as we went out for the day, but had no issues with anything. Location was great, making everything walkable.”

“The air-conditioning never really worked right it only was in one room. The TV is only a Roku TV so you have to have your own streaming services to be able to watch anything. it is a very small TV and had one broken leg. they were receptive when the Wi-Fi was not working. They came over, but their attitude could’ve been better. They made us feel like we didn’t know what we were doing. It is very centrally located in downtown Luddington. Parking was great. “Everything was clean and neat. Host was responsive. Area was convenient. The kitchen had all the utensils, dishes and cooking supplies necessary for simple meals. We enjoyed dining outside on the deck. The AC worked OK as needed. They provided a fan in the bedroom which we placed at the door to suck in the cool air. We did have ocassional issues with the outside door keypad but just went around the front if we couldn't get it to open.”

“Unique property thst fit a family of 5. We enjoyed the hot tub and short walk to the beach.”

“Had a great stay! Home is exactly what we expected. The shower is small but worked for what we needed. The location to the beach can't be beat!”

“Very clean home, well stocked for all essential needs. Thank you for a very comfortable stay!”

We made a game out of finding things that the property didn't have...the list was short! The host was very responsive to questions, and accommodating. It was close to a lot of fun activities, but access to the private lake, hot tub and a fenced in yard for the dog made leaving quite unnecessary. We will be back!”

“Great location”

“Communication with the host was excellent. My check in emails were going into my spam folder, so I didn’t think I was receiving any communications. I contacted the host about access and received quick responses. The apartment is really nice, furnished great and has a super comfy bed. The steep stairs walking up and down from the apartment are a little scary so be sure to grab the hand rail. Location is really good and you have a pretty water view. New appliances and dishes-silverware add to this……
