Seaside cottage in the reserve of Montecofano

Cottage on the sea. Dimitri is located inside the Monte Cofano Reserve, less than a hundred meters from the sea. The main stone building, like a Dammuso, is composed of two bedrooms: one double with a small bathroom and one with a bunk bed; kitchen and dining area, living room with sofa bed and bathroom with shower. The house is equipped with wifi, washing machine, oven with legnan barbeue. Inside the property there is a wooden annex with a double bed and an external bathroom. The 30-hectare outdoor area extends from the sea to the slopes of Mount Cofano. There is a wood-fired oven for excellent pizzas, a barbeque, sunbeds, sofas, gazebos, pergolas, hammocks for relaxing moments and for the little ones a trampoline and various swings.
