“Good location, 1 block to grocery store and some restaurants. Walking distance to pier shops. You do have to cross a busier road to get to the beach which might be hard with kids but it was just fine for us. It was nice to have some beach equipment to use. Large living room to hang out in that opens to patio with sliding doors. I would stay here again.”

“This place is super clean & has great light! We loved this location- super close to downtown in one direction, and the ferry in the other direction! Garage is fully stocked with beach chairs/toys, wagon! Plenty of space to park our car or the overnight bikes we rented! Would happily return!”

“Location to walk to Downtown Disney, Disney resorts and parks was perfect. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. There was a problem with the pool while we were there, and the owner was very responsive and helped us figure out what was going on. Overall a great week and I would recommend staying here with you family for sure.”

“This was a nice apartment, but it could use some updating. The complex itself is in great need of updating, as the walls and carpeting in the hallway were very dirty and warn out. The apartment unit was in pretty good shape. We were there for an Expo at the fairgrounds and it work great for us.”

“Worked out great for our group. Easy access to Disneyland. Clean and comfortable. The stairs are creaky and the bedroom doors squeak. Needs new carpet upstairs, but otherwise had everything we needed! Playground pool/hot tub at condo complex was good for kids.”

“We were participating in a paddling training camp at the Newport Aquatic Centre. It was a very comfortable space for 2 adults but could have fit 4 if needed. We really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen as we were cooking healthy meals at home. Property manager was very responsive. Only took advantage of the included e-bike rental one day because we were otherwise busy - it was a wonderfully fun way to explore the area.”

“This condo is in a beautiful part of Newport Beach and is right on the sand. The condo was spotless and had loads of towels and beach towels for us. This was a girls trip with five of us and we had plenty of room. The condo is very nicely appointed and has the extra benefit of a parking spot in a secured garage. George, the owner, is fabulous! we will definitely come back!”

“Our stay at this Newport Beach home in early April was unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the most incredible unobstructed views of the beach. The sunsets and sunrises were breathtaking. The house's location was ideal for us. It was close enough to the coffee shop and restaurants that we could easily grab a bite to eat or a cup of coffee, yet far enough away that we could enjoy some peace and quiet. “Love love love this place! Management was accommodating and nice also informative on arrival . The location is next to literally everything. We didn't have to uber anywhere . We walked to eat and to the mall to shop. Stayed here a night before our cruise and the terminal is not far at all. Highly recommend and would stay again!”
