"This property was booked a week before. The day after booking, I was notified that a cleaning fee had not been properly added and it was expected to be paid. I asked to cancel and was told no. I then spent the next week dealing with VRBO and the property management company about the fee. I spent HOURS on the phone. It was a HORRIBLE experience. The property management company insisted the fee be paid even though VRBO said it wasn’t allowed to be added after the fact. The customer service reps I...
