“Super cute property. Actual house is snug but maximizes space and fit two adults and two kids. Kids enjoyed feeding animals, hot tub, and exploring the ranch.Address is a little hidden, so detailed/specific directions from host were very handy. Host was very easy to communicate with.”

“Nice little studio in a good area. Close enough to the beach, and other places to eat and shop. Very well maintained, the property and the rooms. Perfect for a couple. We also saw some dogs there, so it is pet friendly.”

“Eric is a fantastic host and checked multiple times during my stay to ensure all was well. The unit is clean, fresh and peaceful. AC worked great but not needed with the windows open during the cool Oceanside nights. In unit washer and dryer are super convenient. Upgraded walk-in shower (no tub to step into). Access to the upper deck has a view of the Pacific and great sunsets. All around great stay, easy and quick drive to the beach. Worked perfectly for my needs in Oceanside!”
