Step into this well-appointed 6th floor condo to begin an unforgettable vacation! You will be delighted with its high-end elements and MAGNIFICENT VIEWS of lovely New Smyrna Beach from the moment you walk through the door. The beautiful and comfortable decor is inviting and sets the tone for a memorable, tranquil stay. Picturesque views of the ocean can be seen from the living room, dining and desk area, as well as the kitchen, and main bedroom.

When you walk out onto the balcony you will feel the ocean breeze and marvel at the unobstructed views of the ocean. This balcony has ample comfortable seating!!! You will experience instant relaxation as you sit back and soak in the sound of the waves and watch the pelicans fly by. All of this is situated on an extra quiet portion of the “NO DRIVE” beach.

To make your vacation experience enjoyable we provide--- Beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, and assorted beach toys. You won't have to bring anything for your beach fun, just your bathing-suits!

This home has UPGRADED 1G SECURE WIRELESS INTERNET, and a desk for your work use. UPGRADED Fiber Optic TV is available for your viewing pleasure.

There is room to comfortably sleep six! The MAIN BEDROOM has a FABULOUS KING BED, a 40” TV and a spa-like full bath. The 2ND BEDROOM has 2 TWIN BEDS and a 32” TV. It is located very close to the second (full) bathroom. The LIVING ROOM has a pull-out sofa bed, and ample seating including an all necessary recliner and a 50” flat screen TV.

For extra indoor fun there are games and decks of cards!

There’s more! You will have a modern FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN, a glass-top range and oven, a dishwasher, microwave and small appliances such as an 8 cup coffee maker and a blender. The refrigerator has an ice-maker. The dining table seats 5 and the adjacent kitchen bar seats 4 additional people.

BONUS! A Washer AND dryer are IN this unit!

This attractively maintained GATED condominium complex has a BEACH-SIDE OLYMPIC GEOTHERMAL HEATED POOL with lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas surrounding it. There are two tennis courts, several outdoor grills, picnic tables, two shuffleboard courts and more located on the property. Easy free parking is available for our guests too!

This condo was one of the best ones I’ve ever stayed in. Once we finally found the room since it was dark, and the buildings were not labeled too well we were welcomed to a nice basket of treats left for us. Everything was clean anything we needed was there and it was a huge plus to have a washer and dryer. If I had a question, RuthAnn was very quick in answering my texts. The owners even contacted us because the TVs were recently updated and apparently one in the second bedroom wasn’t working. We never even turned the TVs on in the bedrooms, Judy wanted to send somebody over to fix it, but we didn’t feel it was even necessary. Everything worked well, The morning view was fabulous and we were very lucky to have such wonderful weather. We would definitely be staying again. The pool and atmosphere of the condos was a nice feeling. We saw a few dolphins and just enjoyed the peacefulness of that area of New Smyrna Beach.

This condo is perfect. It feels like a home away from home! Everything you need is available for you so there is nothing to worry about. This was my third time staying in this condo and I absolutely love it! Owners and manager are easy to work with and just super nice. I got to meet Judy and she was just the sweetest. I plan on returning as soon as I can.

Wonderful Week
We were amazed from the moment we walked in. The attention to detail was perfect!! We had the best week ever. Everything was just as advertised. The balcony was outstanding for incredible views and perfect relaxation. Everything we needed was onsite and we didn't to pick up anything other than a few groceries and snacks. We have gone to NSB every summer for the past 6 years and have stayed at several properties along this strip of the beach. This was our favorite by far! It was exactly as pictured, extremely clean, and spacious. The owners have thought of everything and we couldn’t have had a more comfortable stay. We will definitely book again!

Best vacation
I can honestly say this was the BEST vacation I have taken with my family. The unit was spectacular and so organized and clean. My girls (5 and 9) were able to swim in the ocean and the pool all day. We only left the property once because it felt so comfortable and homey in the unit. Everyone was very friendly and helpful also. We will absolutely be returning soon!!

The condo was beautiful. Very clean with lots of needed items available. The owners even left a gift basket filled with goodies. The decor was appropriately beach themed with adorable quotes. Absolutely fantastic!
Thank you so much for sharing your magnificent home with us! The view is indescribably beautiful and the only way to get closer to the ocean is to be on a boat! The ocean-front pool was warm and the view during the swim is second to none. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. Holiday Heaven!
We couldn’t have had a more perfect place to spend Christmas with my 91 year old mom. The condo is more beautiful than the photos. Spotlessly clean and stocked with everything one could possibly need to prepare Christmas dinner! They even had a Christmas tree for us!! The view is breathtaking. Sitting on the balcony is pure relaxation. I would very highly recommend this condo. It’s perfect!

Our stay at Mike and Judy’s condo was fantastic. The condo was better than the pictures posted. Everything you could need was available for our week stay.
