Check-in must be completed before 9pm Mon–Fri or 5pm Sat/Sun, after that the building is locked up, after-hours access sometimes can be arranged with advance notice

📜 House Rules:
-No smoking or vaping inside the unit – $250 cleaning fee if violated
-No pets (building rule) $250 cleaning fee + non-refundable cancellation
-Quiet hours: 10pm–8am
-Guest must be 21+ and the person booking must be the one staying
-No booking for someone else
-Rental agreement required within 48 hours of booking
-$250 damage deposit hold + $39 accidental damage waiver apply
