La proprietaria è stata sempre disponibilissima per qualsiasi cosa anche info sulla zona/spiagge/ristoranti. “Ce logement est idéalement situé, à 5min à pied de la plage Il s'agît d'une cabane située dans le jardin d'Emmanuel, de sa femme et de leur petite fille (sans oublier le chien et les tortues 🐕🐢). L'espace autour de la cabane est clôturé, un emplacement de parking est prévu pour les locataires juste à côté du portail à l'ombre, une machine à laver est à disposition à l'extérieur dans la cour donc vous pouvez voyager léger 😊 Nous avons passé un incroyable séjour chez Emmanuel et sa femme, ils……

“Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig schön und komplett eingerichtet. Die Aussicht, der Garten gefällt, der Privatzugang zum Meer sehr angenehm, das Meer ruhig und geschützt, das Wasser ist extrem klar. Allerdings ist der Strand sehr schmal und voller Seegras. Das Haus liegt in einem reinen ‚Villenviertel‘ weitab von jeglicher Infrastruktur. “What an absolutely dreamy place. The accommodations were wonderful everything is amazing. Two bathrooms with teens is a big plus. The hosts Carlo and Consuelo were kind and informative saved us a parking spot right in front of house . Plenty to do just walking around, but driving to the beaches was just incredible. We will be back when it’s warmer but not too crowded . Wish it was just a little warmer but beyond that superb. This is the place to stay with your family on this magical island!……

“Mit holprigen Seasonstart und schneller Fehlerbehebung durch die super sympathische Nachbarin Delfina haben wir unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Villa hat eine ruhige Lage und ist richtig gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man kann erahnen, dass der Garten mit seinen tollen Pflanzen in absehbarer Zukunft wunderschön aussehen wird. “Nous avons passé, nos amis et nous, un très agréable séjour chez Valerio, un hôte très agréable et très à l'écoute. La maison est idéalement située en bord de mer avec accès direct depuis le jardin. Les repas pris sur la terrasse offrent une vue magnifique avec les pins en premiers plans et la mer à peine plus loin. La maison est confortable, spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Les alentours offrent de nombreuses possibilités de promenades, restaurants, visites culturelles ou de détente. Merci Valerio”

“Grande maison avec un grand et merveilleux jardin rempli de magnifiques plantes. Que ça soit la terrasse, le jardin ou la piscine, on a une belle vue sur le golf de Cagliari. Les 3 chambres du haut sont climatisées ce qui est un plus avec ses fortes chaleurs. Le propriétaire et sa famille sont très gentils. Il y avait la barrière de la langue, mais avec Google translate, on se débrouille! Ils sont été très réactifs. Je conseille cette maison si vous séjournez dans le sud. Idéal pour visiter et……

“Casetta indipendente molto vicina alle spiagge del Poetto e a mezz'ora da quelle di Villasimius. La casa è pulita e attrezzata di tutto quello che serve per cucinare e c'è anche un bel giardino per cenare all'esterno durante le calde sere d'estate. Supermercati bar, ristoranti e locali molto vicini. I proprietari sono gentili e pronti a dare consigli.”

“The accomodation was very clean, exactly how it was shown in the pictures. Stefano is a really nice host, if we had any questions he immediatly answered. He also gave us useful tips about near shops and markets or what to see near the accomodation. There is a really nice beach directly infront of the house which was never crowded and we could have space for ourselves. there is a shop with all the necessities 5 minutes away from the house. To the city centre of Cagliari it is definetly too far……

“Ein geräumiges, etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Haus, aber super sauber! Umgeben von einem Garten mit Zaun und einem tollen, großen Swimmingpool, der regelmäßig gereinigt wurde. In der Küche viele Küchenutensilien vorhanden. Ruhige Lage, Supermärkte, Restaurants und Strände nicht weit entfernt. Auto allerdings Pflicht! Gastgeber freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! :-)”

“The apartment is located in picturesque village. Three is Direct access to central square od the village. It Has private terrace with mountains view. The apartment Has two aircons in the kitchen and sleeping room. To nearest beach there is a distance a couple kilometres, but there local buses you can go to Various turist attraction on the inland. I enjoyed my stay cery much.”

“I loved the garden and sitting area outside .The area is residential so having a car is better. We stayed 5 nights it took us time to fix the Ac because its one big room divided in two . When one was cool the other was super hot and vice versa . . We figured a way to stay cool at once the last day . Very clean and pleasant otherwise. The beach is not far , but we prefered Poetto with all the amenities on the beach .”

“This is a classic Italian hotel. 24-hour front desk (that holds your room key), nice lobby, large well-appointed room with a really nice bathroom, great breakfast buffet on the top floor (with a rooftop terrace). Short walk to the central train station (and then a short train ride to the airport). Dozens of excellent Sardinian restaurants within a few blocks. A similar hotel would cost five times as much in NYC!”

“Hospitality was on point--receptionist helped us book our airport taxi, recommended some great eats. Location was sublime--15 mins walk to Poetto beach, 5 mins walk to a grocery store, lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby, plus near many bus stations as well. One criticism from me is the hotel creaks and have a lot of sounds, i.e neighbour flushing, clanking in vents/walls, etc. I am a heavy sleeper so no issue for me but may pose a problem to light sleepers. Overall 9/10 stay, would……
